Polyripple / Wire Ripple

Agile Screening provides the quarry industry with self-cleaning screens in either total wire construction (Wireripple) or a wire and polyurethane construction (Polyripple). Materials available are either High Tensile Steel or Stainless Steel. The construction of the screens provides optimum open area and allows the wires to vibrate independently, which provides the self-cleaning performance.

The Polyripple screen can also be provided in a Split Polyripple configuration, which provides extra wear life on small aperture screens due to the ability to achieve small apertures with increased wire diameter.

Tufflex

Tufflex screening media — made with polyurethane coated wire and synthetic rope, either fully or partially welded. The smooth surface of the polyurethane prevents sticking and blinding, which is further enhanced by the flexibility offered by Tufflex's cloth construction.

Partially welded Tufflex screens are only welded at every 5th crossing point, providing extra flexibility to prevent pegging issues. Tufflex screens are light and easy to manoeuvre, reducing the OH&S risks associated with traditional wire screens. In addition, they offer up to 10 times wear life over traditional High Tensile Screens, depending on application.
